What we sell.

One page. Three tiers. If it is not on this page, we do not sell it — and nobody quotes a number that is not printed here.

Set Sept 9 2026 Internal — not a client handout
01 — The sentence

Say this, in your own words

We get local businesses more jobs. We film the actual work, run the ads, and make sure the leads land on the owner's phone.

And then, in the same breath: it's a paid service. Might be a great fit, might not be. The out is what keeps them on the line.

That is the whole business in two sentences. Everything below is just which version of it they buy.

02 — The ladder

Three tiers

The door — offered on the close call, never as the opener

The Website

$45 setup + $30 /month

  • A real site, built and hosted by us
  • Their photos, their services, their area, their phone
  • Live in days, not months
  • No setup games, no contract, no surprise invoice

Scope is fixed and you say so out loud: "That's exactly what it is and that's how it stays." One build, then it runs. Change requests are a new conversation, not a free favour — say it kindly at the start and you never have to say it again.

Ads Management

$1,000 /month + their ad spend

  • Campaign build, daily management, what to raise and what to kill
  • A landing page built to turn a click into a phone number
  • Lead routing — a text to their phone the moment someone fills the form
  • Reporting call the first week of every month — what worked, what did not, what changes

⚠️ The media question is settled before we start, not after. No shoot is promised outside Arizona. Either they hand over usable footage into a shared Drive folder on the close call, or a videographer is booked inside 7 days. Never start on a promise of photos later — that has stalled every account it was tried on.

Arizona · we shoot it ourselves

Ads Management + Content

$1,200 /month + their ad spend

  • Everything in Ads Management, plus:
  • A shoot every month — their real crew, their real jobs
  • Enough footage for the ads and their organic posting
  • Before-and-afters and a testimonial captured while we are on site

The content add-on is +$200/month on top of management, and it is monthly, not one-time — a shoot every month, not a shoot once. If we are not the ones recording, they are on Ads Management and they pay $1,000.

Why the monthly shoot is the best thing on this page

One visit does four jobs

It gets us assets — the thing every stalled account died for. It gives us the monthly reporting meeting in person instead of a call they can skip. It captures case-study proof while they are happy. And it builds the relationship that makes them stay. Nothing else we do earns its keep four times over.

03 — How the website gets offered

The door, and how to open it

The $30 site is never the opener. It comes out on the close call, after they have leaned in, and it is framed as us looking after them.

"Can I be straight with you before we go further? What's your website situation right now?"

Then, whatever they say:

"Here's why I ask. I don't want you getting quoted three grand by somebody — that happens to guys in your trade constantly. This is what I do for the clients I actually like. Forty-five bucks to set it up, thirty a month, and that's it. No changes, no surprises. That's exactly what it is and that's how it stays."

The joke is the point. "The clients I actually like" lands because it is warm and a little cheeky, and it reframes a low price as a favour rather than a discount. A discount makes us cheap. A favour makes us chosen.

Close on permission, not payment:

"If I built you one and sent it over — would you look at it?"

Why there is a $45 setup fee at all

It is small enough that no real business blinks, and it does two things that matter more than the money: it makes them a paying client on day one, and it filters out the people who were never going to pay for anything. Free clients do not respect deadlines — we have four months of evidence.

04 — Hard rules

What nobody improvises

05 — The proof

What we can honestly say

Real, verified from a live account. Cesar uses these on closing calls. Reps do not quote them — a number in a rep's mouth turns into a promise.
